THE VIRAL ("uygulama", "biz"), 50 slotluk bir viral ürün vitrinidir. Gizliliğinize önem veriyoruz. Bu politika, uygulamayı ve web sitesini (theviral.store) kullandığınızda hangi verilerin işlendiğini açıklar.
THE VIRAL, kişisel hesap oluşturmanızı gerektirmez ve sizden ad, e-posta, konum veya ödeme bilgisi toplamaz. Uygulama, ürün vitrinini görüntüler; bir ürüne dokunduğunuzda ilgili satıcının sitesine yönlendirilirsiniz.
Site ve uygulama, altyapı sağlayıcımız Cloudflare üzerinden sunulur. Cloudflare, güvenlik ve performans amacıyla anonim teknik günlükler (IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, erişim zamanı) tutabilir. Bu veriler kimliğinizi belirlemek için kullanılmaz.
Uygulamadaki ürünler, üçüncü taraf satıcıların sitelerine bağlantı içerir. Bu sitelere dokunduğunuzda, ilgili satıcının kendi gizlilik politikası geçerli olur. Bu sitelerin içeriğinden veya gizlilik uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
Uygulama, yalnızca dil tercihinizi (Türkçe/İngilizce) hatırlamak için cihazınızın yerel deposunu kullanır. Reklam veya takip amaçlı çerez kullanmayız.
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yer alır.

THE VIRAL ("the app", "we") is a 50-slot viral product showcase. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app and website (theviral.store).
THE VIRAL does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email, location, or payment information. The app displays a product showcase; tapping a product sends you to the relevant seller's website.
The site and app are served through our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. For security and performance, Cloudflare may keep anonymous technical logs (IP address, browser type, access time). This data is not used to identify you.
Products in the app link to third-party seller websites. When you tap through, the seller's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
The app uses your device's local storage only to remember your language preference (Turkish/English). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always appears on this page.
